Client Services Representative

The primary responsibility of this position is to  provide excellent service to our clients. These services include, but are not limited to: assisting existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services and providing services to new clients.  In addition, the position requires referrals of new and existing clients to lines of business within the Bank. The incumbent is responsible for a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. 

Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills are a must.  They will possess the ability to effectively present information on a one-on-one basis and in small groups to clients and other employees of the organization and have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as  interest, percentages using basic math skills.
