Technical Support Analyst
We are seeking a Full-time position that will be responsible for providing quality technical and operational support for all of our technologies, including the local and wide area network, telephone and voice-mail systems, Microsoft Office, and desktop computers. This includes primary responsibility for the functioning our help desk. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills who is experienced in troubleshooting and problem resolution, and Certifications such as COMPTIA A+, Server+, and/or Windows 7 Certification, as well as a two-four year degree in IT.
