Human Resources Specialist 
Hanover, NH

       This position provides a high level of administrative support for Human Resources including payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, reviewing, adjusting and processing monthly benefit invoices, conducting new employee orientation, creating new hire and exit packets and regular communication with employees regarding benefits. This position is also responsible for maintenance of employee files and other confidential information, preparing monthly reports and  database management.

       Our ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience in Human Resources, to include at least one year of payroll processing, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.  The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is required.

 

Branch Supervisor - Norwich, VT

      The Branch Supervisor provides client services including assisting new and existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services, engaging with clients to learn more about their needs and make appropriate referrals to other business lines within the Bank.  This position is also responsible for mentoring new Tellers, providing coaching and ongoing support to Tellers to ensure the operational soundness of the branch.

      Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of banking experience, with two years of supervisory experience.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to calculate figures using basic math functions.

Mortgage Loan Processor
Hanover, NH
 


      The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for processing loan applications to closing, including new loan applications and construction loans.  This position establishes loan files, orders all necessary documents, generating good faith estimates and disclosures, ordering appraisals, legal work and other documents as needed.  This position is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all loan files.

      The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in banking, the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, proficiency with general math skills and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.



Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers

       The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients. These services include, but are not limited to: assisting existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services and providing services to new clients. In addition, the position provides referrals of new and existing clients to lines of business within the Bank and provides a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. 

       Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages using basic math skills is essential.  Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
