Branch Supervisor
Norwich, VT 

     The Branch Supervisor provides client services including: assisting new and existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services, engaging with clients to learn more about their needs and make appropriate referrals to other business lines within the Bank. This position is also responsible for mentoring new Tellers, providing coaching and ongoing support to Tellers to ensure the operational soundness of the branch. 
 
     Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of banking experience, with two years of supervisory experience.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary with the ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math functions.
 

Full-Time Teller

     The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients. These services include, but are not limited to: assisting existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services and providing services to new clients. In addition, the position provides referrals of new and existing clients to lines of business within the Bank and provides a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. 

     Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages using basic math skills is essential.  Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
