Loan Operations Assistant
West Lebanon, NH
The Loan Operations Assistant is responsible for balancing GL accounts for loans, daily processing of unposted loan transactions, escrow disbursements, processing loan maintenance to include Modification Agreements, and tracking incoming ticklers for insurance. In addition, this position assists with telephone calls, requests, and questions from both internal and external customers, responds to all credit inquires, and is responsible for the disposition of all paid loan files and documentation. Reporting responsibilities include quarterly delinquent tax reporting and conducting annual audits of loan records.
The successful candidate will have two to four years related bank operations experience and/or training, the ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and to calculate figures and amounts such as interest. Strong communication skills are required to effectively present information and respond in writing and orally to questions from customers and co-workers.
Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients. These services include, but are not limited to: assisting existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services and providing services to new clients. In addition, the position provides referrals of new and existing clients to lines of business within the Bank and provides a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages using basic math skills is essential. Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
