Ledyard National Bank is pleased to announce the financing of the Lui Lui restaurant acquisition. After several successful years as co-owner, Eric Roberts purchased sole ownership in the Lui Lui restaurant brand, with the assistance of Ledyard National Bank funding.
Ledyard National Bank, a member of the Preferred Lender Program, worked closely with Mr. Roberts and the Small Business Administration (SBA) to secure the financing needed to complete the transaction.
“Ledyard National Bank has been a strong supporter of our business communities as well as an important partner to the SBA, and this is an example of how together, we can have an even greater impact,” said SBA District Director Greta Johansson. “In this case, enhancements provided by the Small Business Jobs Act also reduced borrower costs for the business,” she added.
Lui Lui, located in West Lebanon and Nashua, New Hampshire, is an award winning Wood Fired Brick Oven Pizza and Pasta restaurant serving classic homemade Italian Food.
