Daniel P. Emanuele
Senior Vice President, Private Banking Manager
Dan P. Emanuele has been a professional banker for 26 years, holding various responsibilities as a Portfolio Manager, Risk Manager, Commercial Relationship Manager and Private Banker.
While living in New York City and Washington, D.C., Dan managed a portfolio of real estate secured loans for the National Cooperative Bank and liaised with secondary market investors in delivering other portfolios of real estate secured loans. In 1998, he moved to Vermont, taking a position as a Risk Manager. Following that position, Dan managed a portfolio of commercial relationships located throughout northern New England. Over the past ten years, he has worked primarily in commercial lending and in private banking, utilizing his experience to build comprehensive relationships with a variety of professional clients.
Dan received a B.A. from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 1990 and an M.A. from the State University of New York College at Brockport in 1992. An active member of his community, Dan serves as a Board Director for the Good Neighbor Health Clinic and the Hartland Elementary School in Vermont.
Victoria M. Mesropian
Assistant Vice President, Private Banking Relationship Manager
Victoria M. Mesropian joined Ledyard National Bank in 2014 as Assistant Vice President, Private Banking Relationship Manager. As a Private Banker, Torie will manage a portfolio of banking and financial relationships for professional clients and their families. Torie will utilize a consultative approach in delivering Ledyard’s full array of products while providing service that is tailored to meet each of her clients’ unique needs. She comes to Ledyard with over 10 years of blended financial services and banking experience.
Most recently at RBS Citizens, Torie managed a local team of 5 employees, while also managing a portfolio of consumer-based client relationships. She was responsible for expanding her team’s market share by deepening existing relationships and attracting new clients. Before her time at Citizens, Torie served as the Practice Manager of a successful plastic surgery clinic in Baton Rouge, LA. Torie’s prior tenure includes her positions at J.P. Morgan Securities, State Street Global Markets and Oppenheimer & Company. At these firms, she managed a variety of responsibilities, while maintaining direct access to the clients, brokers and compliance personnel. Torie supervised several departments, led cross-functional teams and coached team members.
Torie returned to the Upper Valley in 2013. She is native of Vermont and attended Castleton State College. Torie currently resides in Windsor with her husband.
Private Banking Administrator
Kate Sims joined Ledyard National Bank in 2010 as a Client Services Representative at its Main Street office in Hanover, NH. In 2011 Kate was promoted to Branch Supervisor for the Hanover Drive-up office. During this time, she completed numerous banking, compliance and management training courses and created new training manuals for the Retail Banking Group.
In 2014, Kate joined the Ledyard Private Banking Group as its Private Banking Administrator. Kate oversees the daily operation of the Private Banking Group while acting as its clients’ first point of contact in addressing their current and emerging banking and financial needs. Kate is responsible for opening a variety of accounts for the Private Banking clientele, while administrating the delivery of other financial products and services.
Prior to joining Ledyard, Kate amassed eight years of client services and supervisory experience.
