Kathryn G. Underwood
President & Chief Executive Officer
Kathryn Underwood joined Ledyard National Bank in 2005 as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Ledyard, she spent her entire professional career with the Key Bank organization in Maine. She started in lending and then spent the next twelve years in wealth management at Key, with responsibilities for managing the function for the state of Maine. During her last five years at Key, Kathy served as their District President in Maine with responsibility for all retail and business banking in the state. Key was a $2.5 billion operation in Maine with 64 branches.
Kathy serves as a delegate of the Independent Community Bankers of America, serves on the board if the ICBA Securities and is a board member and past president of the New Hampshire Bankers Association. She serves on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Community Bank Advisory Council in Washington D.C. She is on the board of Kendal at Hanover and is also a member of the Upper Valley Corporate Council. She serves on the board of the New Hampshire American Heart Association and AHA Founders Affiliate Board where she is also the Upper Valley Go Red for Women Chair. She recently completed a six year term on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where she also served as the Chair of their Audit Committee.
Kathy has a degree in Economics from the University of Southern Maine and she is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Gregory D. Steverson
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Greg Steverson has over 20 years of experience in financial service businesses. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked in public accounting and banking his entire career. While working in public accounting, he performed audits and consulted for businesses in banking, venture capital, broker dealer, mutual fund and mortgage banking. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting firm.
Greg’s professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as serving on the Financial Managers Society Financial Institutions Accounting Committee. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Long Beach.
Dennis B. Mitchell, CFP®
President & Managing Director

Dennis Mitchell has over 28 years of wealth management experience, the previous 4 years at Ledyard Financial Advisors as the organization’s Senior Vice President & Business Development Officer.
Prior to joining Ledyard, Dennis was the Senior Vice President for Sales & Marketing for Northern Trust’s New England market. His other positions at Northern Trust include Northwest Regional President based in Seattle, Washington as well as Northern California President based in San Francisco, California. He began his banking career at Peoples Heritage Bank in Portland, Maine before moving to Key Bank in Portland as their Trust & Investment Sales Manager.
Dennis received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maine and his MBA from Husson College. He obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1986.
Barbara S. Graf
Senior Vice President & Human Resources Director
Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in creating, implementing and managing comprehensive human resources and organizational systems. Prior to joining Ledyard, she was the Human Resources Director at Downs Rachlin Martin, PLLC in Burlington, Vermont, where she was employed for over 10 years.
Barbara graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Trinity College in Burlington, Vermont. She earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 1998 from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Barbara has been a program co-chair and Vermont Human Resources Association board member since 2008.
Reginald E. Greene Jr.
Executive Vice President & Director of Lending and Credit
Reginald Greene joined Ledyard in 2012 as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer with 25 years of overall banking experience and 13 years of experience in commercial banking in senior-level roles. In 2015, he was promoted to Executive Vice President & Director of Lending and Credit.
Prior to joining our team, Reggie was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Commercial Banking at Merchants Bank in South Burlington, Vermont, and Senior Vice President and Group Manager of Commercial Banking at Chittenden Bank (now People’s United Bank) in Burlington, Vermont. He is a past board member of the Greater Burlington Industrial Corporation, Rutland Economic Development Corporation and United Way of Rutland County. He is a past Chair of the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee and he participated in the Leadership Champlain program. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Burlington and the Rotary Club of Rutland, and he was elected to the School Board of the town of Chittenden, Vermont and the Barstow School.
Reggie is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and earned his MBA at the Jones School of Business, Rice University. He also attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.
Senior Vice President & Senior Consumer/Mortgage Lending Officer
Kevin Kober joined Ledyard National Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer with over 27 years of retail banking experience. He became the Senior Mortgage Lending Officer in March, 2014.
Prior to joining our team, Kevin was Senior Vice President and Manager of Retail Banking at The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company (CBT). In addition to his work at CBT, Kevin worked at Ryan Mortgage Group as Sales Manager and Mortgage Broker, worked for 10 years at TD Banknorth as Vice President and Group Manager and 11 years at Fleet Bank. He is a former board member and Vice President of the Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce in Connecticut.
Kevin has an associates degree in business management from Greenfield Community College.
Jeffrey H. Marks
Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff Marks began his career in Financial Services with American Express Co. in 1997, where he focused on customer acquisition and loyalty marketing. He was responsible for launching several of their premier internet-based programs that received praise in multiple publications, including The Wall Street Journal. Prior to American Express, Jeff worked in Retail as a Buyer for Saks Fifth Avenue.
Jeff’s areas of expertise include direct mail marketing, internet campaign promotion, sponsorship & event marketing, and client experience program development.
Jeff is a graduate of Cornell University where he earned a BA in Economics. He received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, with an emphasis on marketing and management & strategy.
Darcy D. Rogers
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer & Director of Operations
Darcy Rogers was one of the first employees of Ledyard National Bank, joining the organization in February 1991 to set up and administer data processing and operations. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Darcy has guided the evolution and development of Ledyard's technical capabilities over these past 18 years.
With 31 years in bank data processing and operations, Darcy began his banking career with the former Dartmouth Savings Bank in Hanover, leaving there after an acquisition by another bank to become a systems installation and support analyst for BKW, a computer company founded locally in the early 1980s.
Just prior to joining Ledyard, Darcy spent nearly six years as Director of Decision Support Systems for United Vermont Bancorp in Rutland, Vermont, the parent of the former First Twinstate Bank in White River Junction, Vermont.
Cynthia Stuart joined Ledyard National Bank in 2014 with over 18 years of banking experience. She is responsible for managing Ledyard’s seven banking offices and building stronger relationships with the bank’s clients. Prior to joining Ledyard, Cynthia was the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and Deposit Operations at Connecticut River Bank in Littleton, New Hampshire.
Cynthia earned her B.S. at Trinity College in Burlington, Vermont and her M.B.A. from Plymouth University in Plymouth, New Hampshire. She also attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and ABA Bank Marketing School at the University of Colorado.
In addition to serving bank clients, Cynthia enjoys volunteering with the Granite State Quality Council, Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance, and the Concord Vermont Planning and Zoning Board.
