Jason Achmoody

Reginald E. Greene Jr.

Executive Vice President & Director of Lending and Credit

Reginald Greene joined Ledyard in 2012 as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer with 25 years of overall banking experience and 13 years of experience in commercial banking in senior-level roles. In 2015, he was promoted to Executive Vice President & Director of Lending and Credit.

Prior to joining our team, Reggie was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Commercial Banking at Merchants Bank in South Burlington, Vermont, and Senior Vice President and Group Manager of Commercial Banking at Chittenden Bank (now People’s United Bank) in Burlington, Vermont. He is a past board member of the Greater Burlington Industrial Corporation, Rutland Economic Development Corporation and United Way of Rutland County. He is a past Chair of the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee and he participated in the Leadership Champlain program. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Burlington and the Rotary Club of Rutland, and he was elected to the School Board of the town of Chittenden, Vermont and the Barstow School.

Reggie is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and earned his MBA at the Jones School of Business, Rice University. He also attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.

William E. Kidder Jr.

Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender

William E. Kidder, Jr. joined Ledyard National Bank in March 2015 as Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender, responsible for Ledyard’s commercial banking.

Prior to joining our team Bill spent six years at Merchants Bank as a Regional Manager and Vice President in the corporate banking department working out of Wilder, VT. In addition, Bill worked for three years at Citizens Bank, N.A. as a Vice President in commercial banking. He also worked in commercial banking for eighteen years at TD Bank, N.A., including its predecessors Banknorth and First Vermont Bank, most recently as a Vice President and commercial lender.

Bill graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager, CCLO

Jason Achmoody has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 6 years. Prior to joining Ledyard, he served in the roles of Assistant Branch Manager and Credit Analyst with Chittenden Bank. As an analyst, he was responsible for underwriting business loan requests ranging from small business loans to large, complex business relationships.

Jason was the Banking Office Manager for Ledyard’s West Lebanon branch for almost 3 years. His responsibilities included the management of several commercial loan relationships in his market. In July 2010, Jason was promoted to Commercial Banking Officer.

He is an active member of his community and serves as a Board Member and Assistant Treasurer of his local church. He has also served on the board of the White River Junction Rotary club and is an active participant in the Lebanon and Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce.

Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance degree from the University of Akron. He has continued his education by participating in several RMA courses and other bank training programs.

Jason earned the Certified Commercial Loan Officer (CCLO) designation in November 2012.

Shawn Bard

Assistant Vice President & Branch Manager, Hanover
Business Banking Specialist

As the Branch Manager and Business Banking Specialist of the Hanover Branch, Shawn provides trusted and experienced customer service to new and existing business and consumer bank relationships. Shawn earned his B.A. in Business Marketing from the University of Maine and then went on to develop his sales and management skills in numerous industries before making a career in banking. Shawn is also an active member of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and volunteers on the board of the Upper Valley Housing Coalition to assist with workforce housing projects in Lebanon, Hanover, Hartford and neighboring towns.

Robert Christensen

Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager

Robert Christensen recently joined Ledyard and will be serving the region’s business banking needs as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager. He oversees business development and management of commercial banking accounts in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire.

Prior to joining Ledyard, Bob spent over three years at People’s United Bank, most recently as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. His prior career also includes nine years at Dartmouth College as Associate Director of Real Estate.

Bob earned his MBA at Pennsylvania State University in University Park, and received his BS in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. He currently resides in Vermont.
