Senior Staff Accountant

       We have an opening for a full time Senior Staff Accountant in our New London office. This position is responsible for monthly financial reports for various departments, account reconciliation, updating asset-liability software, quarterly regulatory reports, daily investments and cash balancing, and other support of the Finance Department functions. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting and/or Finance and previous experience in an accounting function in a bank or financial institution.


Portfolio Manager

       The Portfolio Manager will manage and invest individual accounts in accordance with the terms of the governing instrument, client needs, applicable laws and regulations and company policies; perform financial counseling for clients by collecting and analyzing information regarding income, assets and investments; provide superior service through extensive client contact; and help to grow our business via sales efforts. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in portfolio management, investments, financial services or the equivalent; professional designation (CFA) or advanced degree in a related field (MBA) is preferred.


Senior Financial Advisor

       We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team of wealth management professionals. This position manages the client relationship, delivers quality services to clients and their families, develops comprehensive financial plans and coordinates the team, to include outside professionals, to provide solutions and to achieve the clients goals. Candidates should have an advanced professional degree, CFP, CTFA or other certificate.


Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers

       The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients. These services include, but are not limited to: assisting existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services and providing services to new clients. In addition, the position provides referrals of new and existing clients to lines of business within the Bank and provides a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. 

       Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages using basic math skills is essential.  Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
