Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers

       The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients. These services include, but are not limited to: assisting existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services and providing services to new clients. In addition, the position provides referrals of new and existing clients to lines of business within the Bank and provides a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. 

       Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages using basic math skills is essential.  Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.

We currently have full time openings in our Hanover and New London offices.

Banking Office Manager

Norwich, VT

       We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Norwich, VT branch. The Banking Office Manager is responsible for the overall effective operations of the branch including business development, new account growth, superior customer service, operational integrity, staff development and the promotion of Ledyard National Bank through community involvement.

Responsibilities include:
       Ensure that staff adhere to Ledyard service standards and encourage employees to be proactive in servicing clients.
       Proactively work to develop staff. Ensure that employees are trained and equipped to meet expectations. Provide an environment conducive to effective communications at all levels.
       Participate in community organizations and activities to enhance the Bank's image and awareness within the community.

Consumer Mortgage Loan Processor

Hanover, NH

       Come join our growing lending team and advance your career in banking. This position is responsible for processing loan applications, both new loans and construction loans, to closing. Duties also include establishing loan files, ordering documentation required to process loans, and ensuring that loans are recorded properly, all bills are paid and loans are entered correctly into the bank's record. 

        Qualifications include two years experience in banking, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing.
