Operations Assistant

       The Operations Assistant performs a variety of operations functions in a consistently high-quality and efficient manner. Duties include processing daily work such as incoming files, posting transactions, statement preparation and other clerical functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficient work habits, team orientation, and ability to focus in a busy environment. Previous Teller experience is desirable.

Senior Consumer/Mortgage Lending Officer

        Ledyard National Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Consumer and Mortgage Lending Officer. This position directs all consumer lending activities to ensure sales goals are met and procedures and policies are followed. Duties include new business development, review of loan requests for compliance, and supervision of loan officers and processers. The successful candidate will have prior experience in leading a consumer and mortgage lending group, possess strong management skills and lead in a collaborative manner.


       

Universal Personal Banker

       The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients. Universal Personal Bankers proactively engage with clients to fully understand their needs and identify the right products and solutions to achieve their financial goals. These services include assisting existing clients in completing transactions, obtaining new services, and providing services to new clients. In addition, the position requires referrals of potential clients to other businesses within the Bank. A high level of professionalism in all client interactions is essential. Ideal candidates will have sales and service experience with a focus on upselling, strong listening skills and the ability to ask questions to identify needs. The ability to build strong relationships with teammates and business partners through collaboration is essential. Attention to detail and ability to adapt to change is necessary. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages using basic math skills.

       

Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers

       The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients. These services include, but are not limited to: assisting existing clients in completing transactions or obtaining new services and providing services to new clients. In addition, the position provides referrals of new and existing clients to lines of business within the Bank and provides a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. 

       Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages using basic math skills is essential.  Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
