Ledyard Names Mark Beliveau to their Board of Directors

Ledyard Financial Group (ticket symbol LFGP), holding company for Ledyard National Bank is pleased to announce that Mark Beliveau has joined their Board of Directors effective October 23, 2018. Mark is a Partner at Gallagher, Flynn and Company, LLC, a regional tax, auditing, and consulting firm providing services to clients throughout the Northeast.
"We are pleased to have someone with Mark's expertise join us and lend his skillset to both our Board and our Board committees," remarked Dennis Logue, Chair of the Board of Directors for Ledyard. "His education and professional background bring a unique perspective to Ledyard that further strengthens our current Board of Directors."
As a partner with Gallagher, Flynn & Company, Mark provides accounting and consulting services and leads the Business Valuation and Litigation Support services team. Mark is a graduate of the Graduate School of Professional Accounting Program at Northeastern University. He received his Master's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He also completed his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Vermont. He has obtained further specialized certifications from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Mark recently earned the Certified Exit Planing Advisor (CEPA) designation after completing the Exit Planning Institute's intensive CEPA five-day executive MBA-style program.
