Senior Vice President, Senior Consumer and Mortgage Lending Officer
Michael Urnezis joined Ledyard in August of 2017 relocating from Rockford, Illinois and bringing with him over two decades of financial services experience. Prior to joining Ledyard, Mike co-founded Vision Mortgage & Insurance Group in 1999 with offices in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest which he managed until 2012 when Northwest Bank acquired the Group. Northwest Bank retained Mike as Vice President of Mortgage Banking and Business Development. Mike moved to Alpine Bank and Trust Company in 2014 as Vice President, Regional Mortgage Lending. At Alpine he developed and implemented a new wholesale mortgage banking channel designed for community banks in the Midwest. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University and has served on several nonprofit boards including the Rock River Chapter of the American Red Cross, The Parks Kiwanis, and was a member of the Rockford Area Association of Realtors, Independent Community Bankers Association and the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.
Mortgage Loan Originator
Allison Childs joined Ledyard National Bank in 2012. After working as a real estate legal assistant, she spent 13 years in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processor/Loan Coordinator for a local mortgage broker.
Allison graduated in 2011 from Union Institute & University in Brattleboro, VT with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She and her family currently reside in Wilder, VT.
Neal Meagher joined Ledyard in March of 2013 as Branch Manager of our New London branch. He was recently promoted to Mortgage Originator. Previous to his banking career, Neal had a successful career in the Retail Management field winning several awards for customer satisfaction, sales and profitability. Neal holds a degree in Business Administration from Hesser College and enjoys taking Continuing Education classes through the University System of New Hampshire. Neal and his family currently reside in Enfield, NH.
Consumer/Mortgage Loan Processor
Pam Towne joined Ledyard National Bank in April 2009 as a Loan Operations Assistant, working in the Operations Department. Her responsibilities included the maintenance of loans, completing credit inquiries and processing monthly loan payments and escrow disbursements. She transitioned to the Mortgage Department in March 2015. Pam has completed courses toward a Loan Operations Certificate and has developed an advanced skill level in the field.
Rob Crossett joined Ledyard in December of 2013 as a Customer Service Representative, working in the Main Street Hanover branch. In March of 2015, he was promoted to Client Services Supervisor of the Main Street Hanover Branch, where he worked until he moved into the Mortgage Department in December of 2015. With Rob’s 9 years of experience in Information Technology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth College, he is currently involved in developing a system that will eliminate paper usage in the mortgage process. Rob currently lives in East Thetford, VT.
Marcie Hart joined Ledyard in October 2010 as a Customer Service Representative, working at the Lebanon branch. In April 2014, she was promoted to Client Services Supervisor. While in this role, Marcie completed the Certified Supervisor Certificate Program and continued to fulfill supervisor duties at the Lebanon branch, until moving to the Mortgage Department in January 2016. Marcie is still located at the Lebanon office. Marcie and her family currently reside in Quechee, VT.
Robin Hodgdon joined Ledyard in November of 2005 as a Customer Service Representative, working in the Lyme branch. In July of 2010, she was promoted to Client Services Supervisor of the Route 120 branch, where she worked until she moved into the Mortgage Department in March of 2014.
During her time at Ledyard, she has completed CFT training courses, compliance courses and on-the-job training within the Mortgage Department. Robin currently lives with her family in Fairlee, VT.
