For Ledyard shareholders planning on attending our Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 28 at 9:00 a.m., the meeting will go on as planned at our operations center (66 Benning Street, West Lebanon NH).
For everyone’s safety, we have made arrangements to hold the meeting in a socially distanced manner and all attendees will be required to wear face masks. In order to maintain an appropriate level of social distancing, space at the meeting will be limited and seating will be first come, first served.
